Maxwell Construction broke ground on its first project in May, 1988. Since then, the firm has become a steadily growing force in the construction industry in Southeastern Indiana and surrounding areas, shaping many of the region’s commercial and industrial properties. With our office located in Greendale, Maxwell has completed projects in every county throughout Southeastern Indiana. Since 1988, Maxwell has completed more than 2 million square feet of design-build construction and has had consistently strong growth with revenue exceeding $15 million annually, employing more than 40 people and self performing a broad range of work.
